Aside from our excellent guides and super fishing, Tower Rock is also known for its excellent cuisine. Past guests often describe our cuisine as “French-Alaska Roadkill Fusion” (just kidding). You will be well fed with a variety of dishes throughout your stay with an emphasis on “tide to table” seafood and locally sourced proteins and vegetables. When fishing nearby on the Lower Kenai River, your guide will bring you back for lunch each day for a hearty hot lunch at the lodge. When fishing other areas away from the lodge, your guide will have gourmet sandwiches, snacks, water, and soft drinks provided. Breakfast times vary each morning depending on the tides and activities for that day, but you can guarantee we will have you well fueled each morning before you depart for your fishing adventure.
